This is a director level position.
This position is responsible to provides 24 hour/7days/week leadership and accountability for the clinical practice and operational functions for the area(s) of responsibility. Ensures the quality of direct and indirect patient care by collaborating intra/interdepartmentally with staff, colleagues, administration, physicians, and others. Delegates appropriately. Demonstrates critical thinking to assure delivery of safe, quality, population specific care. Effectively manages material, fiscal and human resources. Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory/accrediting body requirements; and professional practice standards. Participates in strategic and service growth planning and implementation.
