It's the time of year when 5280 Magazine publishes its annual "Top Doctors" issue. Doctors recognized are nominated by other Denver area physicians and are evaluated on different criteria, including their professional qualifications and reputation, leadership experience, and other factors.
We're proud to have so many KP Colorado physicians on the 2025 Top Doctors list. A total of 355 KPCO physicians were named this year — 23 more than in 2024.
And once again, more Top Doctors are KP doctors than any other health care organization in Colorado. KP also had the most Top Doctors in 23 medical specialties.
Having so many KP Colorado physicians and specialty departments recognized on the Top Doctors list is a testament to the exceptional care they provide, along with their teams.
While we have many doctors on this list, we have more than 1,100 physicians and podiatric surgeons who deliver top-notch care every day. Our physicians lead amazing teams who focus on collaborative problem-solving and excellent care delivery. They always put the patient at the center of everything they do.
In 2012, Kaiser Permanente Colorado was named one of the first 2 national Million Hearts Hypertension Control Champions by HHS and the CDC for achieving blood pressure control rates among more than 80 percent of our members with high blood pressure. Our Population Health and Primary Care teams continue to lead work to support members with blood pressure management.
